Math Placement

If I did not do well on the math placement test, can I take the test again?

No, you cannot, but you do have an option. If you are confident that your math placement is incorrect, you have the choice of contacting the Math Department (732-445-2390) and arranging to take a "proficiency exam." This involves taking (and passing) the final exam of the course that you believe you should have placed out of. You should be aware, however, that placement adjustments in math are rare.
